Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) Instructions
If you are age 70½ or older, you may be eligible to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) directly from your IRA to the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra. A QCD can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) while excluding the gift from taxable income.

Please process this transfer as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) and send the funds directly to the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra.
If possible, please include the donor’s name and mailing address with the check so we may properly acknowledge the gift.
