¡Viva España!
The fiery spirit of Spain takes center stage in a varied and exciting concert. Music by great Spanish composers such as de Falla and Granados blend with a few like Bizet and Chabrier who might as well have been Spanish! ¡Ole!

Some Strings ATtached
Winds and Brass are the order of the evening, with music by Handel, Strauss, Brant and Weill. But the strings get some work too, with music by David and Ginastera. International trombone star Peter Steiner is the featured soloist.

OUT OF THE BACHS
Think you know the music of Bach? Well, think again! Soloists from the BSO are featured as the orchestra (big versions and smaller versions)performs music by Johann Sebastian, Carl Phillip Emmanuel, Johann Christian, Jan, and, yes, P.D.Q. And some with the added help of Leopold Stokowski! In the famous words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, “We’ll be Bach!”
