You can’t get more classical than this! The “Three B’s”—Bach, Beethoven and Brahms—are joined by a fourth “B”, internationally acclaimed pianist Sara Davis Buechner. She’ll perform Beethoven’s brilliant Piano Concerto No. 1 and the orchestra will dig into Brahms’ Symphony No. 2. Our Maestro will also lead the orchestra in the music of Bach as seen through the musical eyes of William Walton. Classical jewels, every one—it’s what the symphony is all about!
February 10, 2018 Celebrate Romance Featuring Tiffany Coburn
Vocalist par excellence Tiffany Coburn makes her BSO debut with brand new arrangements of great romantic standards. Known for her years as vocalist at Disney’s Epcot Center, as well as her work with the exquisite acapella group Voctave, Tiffany will add even more luster to the BSO’s annual musical Valentine. Her pop stylings are sure to find a happy setting amidst amorous orchestral gems of every style and hue. Always a season favorite!

From Juilliard to Nashville, the Annie Moses Band does it all! Combining classical virtuosity with pop, bluegrass, jazz and more, this family band has won fans around the country for over a decade. The band’s American Rhapsody, based on their acclaimed album of the same name, epitomizes the American Spirit in song—a panoramic exploration of America and her music. Featuring favorites from Aaron Copland, George Gershwin, and other American originals, American Rhapsody fuses Appalachian bluegrass, Irish fiddle, beloved classical themes, and roots music into a beautiful and transporting concert experience. With the BSO in the mix, it will be the crowning jewel to a Diamond Season!
